    1. This Privacy and Cookie Policy is effective immediately for users getting access to the Company’s website zubi-soft.de (website) from that date.

During the Software License validity, transfer of which is prescribed by the License agreement, conclusion of which is provided within the website usage, the Company does not collect any information about users clients and/or partners. All information, which the user gains from his clients and/or partners stays under his charge and is not transferred to the Company.
